Well-Being Is Lined Up Outside Your Door We want t o remind you of t he basic premise t hat must be underst ood bef ore any of t his will make sense t o you: Well-Being f lows; Well-Being want s you! Well-Being is lined up out side your door.

Everyt hing you have ever desired, whet her spoken or unspoken, has been t ransmit t ed by you vibrat ionally. It has been heard and underst ood by Source and has been answered, and now you are going t o f eel your way int o allowing yourself t o receive it , one f eeling at a t ime.

You are st anding on t he Leading Edge of t hought. Your t ime- space-realit y was set int o mot ion t hrough t he power of t hought long bef ore it manif est ed in t he physical f orm in which you see it now. Everyt hing in your physical environment was creat ed f rom Non-Physical perspect ive by t hat which you call Source. And j ust as Source creat ed your world, and you, t hrough t he power of f ocused t hought , you are cont inuing t o creat e your world f rom your Leading-Edge place in t his t ime-space-realit y.

You and t hat which you call Source are t he same. You cannot be separat ed f rom Source. Source is never separat ed f rom you. When we t hink of you, we t hink of Source.

When we t hink of Source, we t hink of you. Source never of f ers a t hought t hat causes separat ion f rom you. You cannot of f er a t hought t hat would cause t ot al separat ion separat ion is act ually f ar t oo st rong of a word , but you can of f er t hought s t hat are dif f erent enough in vibrat ional nat ure t o hinder your nat ural connect ion wit h Source. We ref er t o t hat condit ion as resist ance. The only f orm of resist ance, or hindrance of your connect ion t o t hat which is Source, is of f ered by you f rom your physical perspect ive.

Source is always f ully available t o you, and Well-Being is const ant ly ext ended t o you, and of t en you are in t he st at e of allowing t his Well-Being, but somet imes you are not. We want t o assist you in consciously allowing your connect ion, more of t he t ime, t o Source, As ext ensions of Non-Physical Energy, you are t aking t hought beyond t hat which it has been bef ore—and t hrough cont rast , you t rill come t o conclusions or decisions.

And once you align wit h your desire, t he Non- Physical Energy t hat creat es worlds will f low t hrough you. That is your dest iny. From t he Non-Physical, You creat ed you; and now f rom t he physical, you cont inue t o creat e. We all must have obj ect s of at t ent ion, desires t hat are ringing our bells, in order t o f eel t he f ullness of who we are f lowing t hrough us f or t he cont inuat ion of All-That -Is.

That desire is what put s t he et ernalness in et ernit y. The Evolutionary Value of Your Personal Preferences Do not underest imat e t he value of your pref erences, f or t he evolut ion of your planet depends upon t hose of you on t he Leading Edge of t hought cont inuing t o f ine-t une your desires. And t he cont rast , or variet y, in which you are st anding provides t he perf ect environment f or t he f ormat ion of your personal pref erences.

As you are st anding in t he midst of cont rast , new desires are radiat ing const ant ly f rom you in t he f orm of vibrat ional signals t hat are received and answered by Source—and in t hat moment , t he Universe is expanding. This book is not about t he expanding Universe, or about Source answering your every request , or about your wort hiness—f or all of t hat is a given.

This book is about you put t ing yourself in a vibrat ional place of receiving all t hat you are asking f or. The Science of Deliberate Creation We want t o assist you in t he deliberat e realizat ion of t he t hings t hat your environment has inspired wit hin you, f or we want you t o experience t he exhilarat ion of j oyously, consciously, creat ing your own realit y. Your desires and belief s are j ust t hought s: You do not have t o use your words. You j ust have t o f eel it in your being: I desire t his.

I adore t his. I appreciat e t his, and so on. That desire is t he beginning of all at t ract ion. You never grow t ired of expansion or of creat ion, f or t here is no ending t o t he new ideas of desires t hat f low.

Wit h every new idea of somet hing you would like t o experience, possess, or know. And so, new perspect ives will always be yours. New cont rast s, and new inspiring desires and perspect ives, will be laid out et ernally bef ore you.

Once you relax int o t he idea t hat you will never cease t o be, t hat new desires will be const ant ly born wit hin you, t hat Source will never st op answering your desires, and t hat your expansion is, t heref ore, et ernal, t hen you may begin t o relax if , in t his moment , t here is somet hing t hat you desire t hat has not yet come t o f ruit ion.

It is our desire t hat you become one who is happy wit h t hat which you are and wit h t hat which you have— while at t he same t ime being eager f or more. That is t he opt imal creat ive vant age point: To st and on t he brink of what is coming, f eeling eager, opt imist ic ant icipat ion—wit h no f eeling of impat ience, doubt , or unwort hiness hindering t he receiving of it —t hat is t he Science of Deliberat e Creat ion at it s best.

It exist s t hroughout t he Universe, and it exist s t hroughout All-That -Is. It is t he basis of t he Universe, and it is t he basis of your physical world. Some are aware of t his Energy, but most humans are unaware of it. However, everyone is af f ect ed by it. As you begin t o underst and t he basis of your world, and you begin t o look f or, or bet t er said, f eel f or, your awareness of t his Source Energy t hat is t he basis of all t hings, you will t hen underst and everyt hing about your own experience.

You will also more clearl y underst and t he experiences of t hose around you. A Consistent Formula Gives You Consistent Results Like learning t o underst and t he basics of mat hemat ics and t hen having t he successf ul experience of underst anding t he result s of t heir applicat ions, you will now have a f ormula f or underst anding your world t hat will always be consist ent , and which will yield consist ent result s t o you.

They will be so consist ent t hat you will be able t o predict your f ut ure experiences wit h absolut e accuracy, and you will be able t o underst and your past experiences wit h a knowing t hat was unavailable t o you bef ore. Feeling good equals allowing t he connect ion; f eeling bad equals not allowing t he connect ion—f eeling bad equals resist ing t he connect ion t o your Source. And, it is only t hrough your abilit y t o t ranslat e vibrat ion t hat you are able t o underst and your physical world at all.

In ot her words, t hrough your eyes, you t ranslat e vibrat ion int o t hat which you see. Using your ears, you t ranslat e vibrat ion int o t he sounds t hat you hear.

Even your nose, t ongue, and f ingert ips are t ranslat ing vibrat ions int o t he smells, t ast es, and t ouches t hat help you underst and your world. But your most sophist icat ed of vibrat ional int erpret ers by f ar are your emot ions. Your Emotions As Vibrational Interpreters By paying at t ent ion t o t he signals of your emot ions, you can underst and, wit h absolut e precision, everyt hing you are now living or have ever lived.

And, wit h a precision and ease t hat you may have never bef ore experienced, you can use t his new underst anding of your emot ions t o orchest rat e a f ut ure experience t hat will please you in every way.

By paying at t ent ion t o t he way you f eel, you can f ulf ill your reason f or being here, and you can cont inue your int ended expansion in t he j oyf ul way t hat you int ended. By underst anding your emot ional connect ion t o who you really are, you will come t o underst and not only what is happening in your own world and why, but you will also underst and every ot her living Being wit h whom you int eract.

Never again will you have unanswered quest ions about your world. Chapter 6 The Law of Attraction, the Most Powerful Law in the Universe Every t hought vibrat es, every t hought radiat es a signal, and every t hought at t ract s a mat ching signal back.

We call t hat process t he Law of At t ract ion. The Law of At t ract ion says: That which is like unt o it self is drawn. And so, you might see t he powerf ul Law of At t ract ion as a sort of Universal Manager t hat sees t o it t hat all t hought s t hat mat ch one anot her line up.

You underst and t his principle when you t urn on your radio and deliberat ely t une your receiver t o mat ch a signal f rom a broadcast ing t ower.

You do not expect t o hear music t hat is being broadcast on t he radio f requency of FM t o be received on your t uner when it is set at You underst and t hat radio vibrat ional f requencies must mat ch, and t he Law of At t ract ion agrees wit h you.

So, as your experience causes you t o launch vibrat ional rocket s of desires, you must t hen f ind ways of holding yourself consist ent ly in vibrat ional harmony wit h t hose desires in order t o receive t heir manif est at ion. What ever you are giving your at t ent ion t o causes you t o emit a vibrat ion, and t he vibrat ions t hat you of f er equal your asking, which equals your point of at t ract ion.

If t here is somet hing you desire t hat you current ly do not have, you need only put your at t ent ion upon it , and, by t he Law of At t ract ion, it will come t o you, f or as you t hink about t his t hing or experience t hat you desire, you of f er a vibrat ion, and t hen, by Law, t hat very t hing or experience must come t o you.

However, if t here is somet hing t hat you desire t hat you current ly do not have, and you put your at t ent ion upon your current st at e of not having it , t hen Law of At t ract ion will cont inue t o mat ch t hat not having it vibrat ion, so you will cont inue t o not have t hat which you desire.

It is Law. The key t o bringing somet hing int o your experience t hat you desire is t o achieve vibrat ional harmony wit h what you desire. And t he easiest way f or you t o achieve vibrat ional harmony wit h it is t o imagine having it , pret end t hat it is already in your experience, f low your t hought s t oward t he enj oyment of t he experience, and as you pract ice t hose t hought s and begin t o consist ent ly of f er t hat vibrat ion, you will t hen be in t he place of allowing t hat int o your experience.

Now, by paying at t ent ion t o t he way you f eel, you can easily know if you are giving your at t ent ion t o your desire or if you are giving it t o t he absence of your desire. When your t hought s are a vibrat ional mat ch t o your desire, you f eel good—your emot ional range would be f rom cont ent ment t o expect at ion t o eagerness t o j oy. But if you are giving your at t ent ion t o t he lack, or absence, of your desire—your emot ions would range f rom f eelings of pessimism t o worry t o discouragement t o anger t o insecurit y t o depression.

And so, as you become consciously aware of your emot ions, you will always know how you are doing wit h t he allowing part of your Creat ive Process, and you will never again misunderst and why t hings are t urning out t he way t hey are.

Your emot ions provide a wonderf ul guidance syst em f or you, and if you will pay at t ent ion t o t hem, you will be able t o guide yourself t o anyt hing t hat you desire.

So if you are dominant ly t hinking about t he t hings t hat you desire, your lif e experience ref lect s t hose t hings.

And, in t he same way, if you are predomimant ly t hinking about what you do not want , your lif e experience ref lect s t hose t hings. What ever you are t hinking about is like planning a f ut ure event.

When you are appreciat ing, you are planning. When you are worrying, you are planning. Worrying is using your imaginat ion t o creat e somet hing you do not want. Even t hought , every idea, every Being every t hing, is vibrat ional, t o when you f ocus your at t ent ion on somet hing, even f or a short period of t ime, t he vibrat ion of your Being begins t o ref lect t he vibrat ion of t hat which you are giving your at t ent ion t o.

That t rend of at t ract ion will cont inue t o increase unt il a dif f erent vibrat ion is of f ered by you. And when a dif f erent vibrat ion is of f ered, t hings t hat mat ch t hat vibrat ion are t hen drawn t o you, by you. When you underst and t he Law of At t ract ion, you are never surprised by what occurs in your experience, f or you underst and t hat you have invit ed every bit of it in—t hrough your own t hought process.

Not hing can occur in your lif e experience wit hout your invit at ion of it t hrough your t hought. Because t here are no except ions t o t he powerf ul Law of At t ract ion, a t horough underst anding of it is easy t o achieve.

And once you underst and t hat you get what you t hink about , and, equally import ant , when you are aware of what you are t hinking, t hen you are in t he posit ion t o exercise absolut e cont rol of your own experience.

Here are some examples. There is a very big vibrat ional dif f erence in your t hought s of appreciat ion of your mat e, and in your t hought s of what you would like t o be dif f erent about your mat e.

And your relat ionship wit h your mat e, wit hout except ion, ref lect s t he preponderance of your t hought s. For, while you may not have done it consciously, you have lit erally t hought your relat ionship int o being.

An underst anding of your vibrat ional nat ure will make it possible f or you t o easily, deliberat ely creat e your own realit y. And t hen, in t ime and wit h pract ice, you will discover t hat all desire t hat you hold can be easily realized—f or t here is not hing t hat you cannot be, do, or have. You Are a Summoner of Vibrat ional Energy. You are Consciousness. You are Energy.

You are Vibrat ion. You are Elect ricit y. You are Source Energy. You are Creat or. You are on t he Leading Edge of t hought. You are t he most specif ic, most act ive summoner and ut ilizer of t he Energy t hat creat es worlds, t hat exist s anywhere in t his always evolving, et ernally becoming Universe. You are creat ive genius expressing here in t his Leading-Edge t ime-space-realit y f or t he purpose of t aking t hought beyond t hat which it has ever been bef ore.

Even t hough it may seem odd t o you at f irst , it will be helpf ul f or you t o begin t o accept yourself as a Vibrat ional Being, f or t his is a Vibrat ional Universe in which you are living, and t he Laws t hat govern t his Universe are Vibrat ionally based. Once you become consciously at one wit h t he Universal Laws, and gain an underst anding of why t hings respond in t he way t hey do, all myst ery and conf usion will be replaced by clarit y and underst anding.

Doubt and f ear will be replaced wit h knowledge and conf idence, uncert aint y will be replaced wit h cert aint y—and j oy will ret urn as t he basic premise of your experience. When Your Desires and Beliefs Are a Vibrational Match That which is like unt o it self is drawn, so t he vibrat ion of your Being must mat ch t he vibrat ion of your desire in order f or your desire t o be f ully received by you. You cannot desire somet hing, predominant ly f ocus on t he absence of it , and t hen expect t o receive it , because t he vibrat ional f requency of it s absence and t he vibrat ional f requency of it s presence are very dif f erent f requencies.

Anot her way of saying t hat is: Your desires and your belief s must be a vibrat ional mat ch in order f or you t o receive t hat which you desire. Here is a glimpse of t he bigger pict ure: You are here having experiences t hat cause you, in your divinely specif ic perspect ive, t o ident if y, consciously or unconsciously, your personal pref erences. Now, as t hat happens, Source, who hears you and adores you, immediat ely answers your vibrat ional, elect ronic request , whet her you are able t o put conscious, verbal words t o it or not.

So no mat t er what you ask f or—whet her you ask f or it wit h your words, or wit h j ust a subt le impression of your desire—your request is heard and answered every t ime, no except ions. When you ask, it is always given.

All-That-Is Is Benefiting from Your Existence Because of your exposure t o your specif ic experience, which causes your specif ic desire t o be f ormulat ed wit hin you, and because Source hears and answers your request —t he Universe, in which we are all f ocused, expands. What a wonderf ul t hing! Your current t ime-space-realit y, your current cult ure, your current ways of looking at t hings—all of t he t hings t hat make up your perspect ive—have evolved over count less generat ions.

In f act , it would not be possible t o ret race all t he desires, conclusions, and perspect ives t hat have result ed in your unique point of view right here and now. But what we want very much f or you t o hear is t hat no mat t er what has caused your unique point of view t o come about —it has come about. You do exist ; you are t hinking; you are perceiving; you are asking—and you are being answered. And All-That -Is is benef it ing f rom your exist ence and f rom your point of view.

So your import ance is not in quest ion, not t o us anyway. We complet ely underst and your immense value. Your wort hiness is not in quest ion, not t o us anyway. We know t hat you deserve t o have t he Energy t hat creat es worlds responding t o your every desire—and we know t hat it does, but many of you, f or many reasons, hold yourself apart f rom receiving t he very t hings you are asking f or. Rediscover the Art of Allowing Your Natural Well-Being We want you t o rediscover your innat e abilit y t o allow t he Well-Being of t his Universe t o f low st eadily and unrest rict ed int o your experience, and we call t his discipline t he Art of Allowing.

You are ready f or t his inf ormat ion, right now, and t his inf ormat ion is ready f or you. Chapter 7 You Are Standing on the Leading Edge of Thought They like t o ref er t o t he place where you are st anding as t he Leading Edge of Thought , f or as you st and t here—in your physical body, in your physical environment , having your physical experience—you are t he f urt hermost ext ension of t hat which we are.

All t hat has ever been bef ore is culminat ing int o t hat which you now are. And j ust as all of your experience, f rom t he t ime of your birt h int o your physical body unt il now, has culminat ed int o who you now are, all t hat has ever been experienced by All-That -Is has culminat ed int o all t hat is now being experienced in t he physical lif e experience on Planet Eart h.

As every person on your planet is having experiences t hat are causing t heir desires t o be born, a sort of mass summoning is occurring, which lit erally equals t he evolut ion of your planet. And so, t he more you int eract , t he more your personal pref erences are being ident if ied and radiat ed. As such, a powerf ul St ream of Source Energy is now st ret ched out bef ore you f rom which your individual, personal pref erences will be received.

In ot her words, because of what so many have lived and are living, and because of t he summoning power of so many of t heir desires, t he Well-Being of your f ut ure experience is well in place. And, in like manner, your current desires will, in t urn, provide an Energy st ream f or f ut ure generat ions t o benef it f rom. If You Can Desire It, the Universe Can Produce It If your involvement in your t ime-space-realit y inspires wit hin you any sincere desire, t hen t he Universe has t he means t o supply t he result s t hat you seek.

Because your abilit y t o reach f or more expands wit h each achievement t hat came bef ore, t he expansion may f eel breat ht aking t o t hose j ust coming t o underst and t he power of it , but it may f eel absolut ely normal t o t hose who have already come t o underst and and expect Well-Being t o f low const ant ly int o t heir experience.

The St ream of Well-Being f lows even if you do not underst and t hat it does, but when you consciously become aligned wit h it , your creat ive endeavors become so much more sat isf ying, f or t hen you discover t hat t here is absolut ely not hing t hat you desire t hat you cannot achieve. It Works, Whether You Understand It or Not It is not necessary t hat you f ully underst and t he complexit ies of t his et ernally expanding environment in order t o reap t he benef it s of t hat which it has become, but it is necessary t hat you f ind a way t o go wit h t he f low of t he Well-Being t hat is st ret ched out bef ore you.

So, in t hat ef f ort , we of f er t hese words: There is only a St ream of Well-Being t hat f lows. You can allow it or resist it , but it f lows j ust t he same. Without Asking, You Will Receive No Answer Somet imes people will compliment Est her f or being able t o receive t he wisdom of Abraham, and f or put t ing it int o writ t en or spoken word f or ot hers t o experience and receive benef it f rom, and we also add our appreciat ion t o t hat.

Wit hout t he asking t hat precedes it , t here could be no answering. The people of your t imes are benef it ing dramat ically f rom t he experiences of t hose generat ions t hat preceded you, f or t hrough t he experiences t hat t hey lived, and t he desires t hat were generat ed wit hin t hem, t he summoning began. And t oday, you are t he ones on t he Leading Edge of reaping t he benef it s of what t hose past generat ions asked f or; at t he same t ime, you are cont inuing t o ask, and you are now summoning.

So can you see how, if you can f ind a way t o allow it , t here is an avalanche of Well-Being at your f ingert ips, ripe f or your plucking—provided you are in vibrat ional alignment wit h it?

And can you not see why—since t here is never a crowd on t he Leading Edge—you are not going t o have a lot of people you can t alk t o about t his? These days, t here are some people experiencing int ense hardships or t raumas, and because of how t hey are living right now, t heir asking is in a height ened and int ense place. And because of t he int ensit y of t heir request , Source is responding in kind.

And alt hough t he person who is doing t he asking is usually so involved in t he t rauma t hat t hey are not personally receiving t he benef it of t heir own asking, f ut ure generat ions—or even current generat ions who are not , right now, disallowing—are receiving t he benef it of t hat asking. We are giving t his t o you by way of helping you underst and: There is an unlimit ed St ream of Well-Being and an abundance of all manner of t hings available t o you at all t imes—but you must be in alignment wit h t he receiving of t hose t hings.

You cannot st and in resist ance of t hem and receive t hem at t he same t ime. Try t o imagine t hat you are basking in t he f low of t his powerf ul st ream. Make an ef f ort t o f eel yourself as t he Leading-Edge benef iciary of t his unlimit ed st ream, and smile and t ry t o accept t hat you are wort hy of it.

Your abilit y t o f eel your wort hiness of t he powerf ul St ream of Well-Being will undoubt edly depend on what is happening in your lif e right now. Under some condit ions you f eel ut t erly blessed, and under ot hers you f eel not so blessed, and it is our desire t hat , as you read t his book, you will come t o underst and t hat t o t he degree you f eel blessed and expect good t hings t o f low t o you, t his indicat es t he level of your st at e of allowing; and t o t he degree t hat you do not f eel bl essed, where you do not expect good t hings t o come t o you, t his indicat es your degree of resist ance.

And it is our desire t hat , as you cont inue t o read, you will f eel able t o release any habit s of t hought t hat have result ed in your disallowing of t he St ream. We want you t o underst and t hat if it were not f or resist ant t hought s you have picked up along your physical t rail t hat are not in vibrat ional alignment wit h t he St ream of Well-Being, you would be, right now, a f ull receiver of t hat St ream—f or you are a lit eral ext ension of it.

You and how you f eel is all t hat is responsible f or whet her you let in your inherit ance of Well-Being or not.

And while t hose around you may inf luence you, more or less, t o allow or not allow t hat St ream, it is ult imat ely all up t o you. You can open t he f loodgat es and let in your Well-Being, or your can choose t hought s t hat keep you pinched of f f rom what is yours—but whet her you allow it or resist it , t he st ream is const ant ly f lowing t o you, never ending, never t iring, always t here f or your reconsiderat ion.

You Are in the Perfect Position to Get There from Here Not hing has t o change in your environment or in t he circumst ances t hat surround you f or you t o begin t o deliberat ely allow your own connect ion t o t he St ream of Well-Being. You could be in prison, you could have been diagnosed wit h a t erminal illness, you could be f acing bankrupt cy, or you could be in t he middle of a divorce.

St ill, you are in t he perf ect place, right now, t o begin. And we also want you t o underst and t hat t his will not require a great deal of t ime, f or it only requires a simple underst anding of t he Universal Laws, and a det erminat ion t o move t oward a st at e of allowing.

When you drive your vehicle f rom place t o place, you have an awareness of your st art ing place as well as an awareness of where you are going. You accept t hat you cannot get t here inst ant aneously; you accept t hat you will t ravel t he dist ance, and in t ime, you will arrive at your dest inat ion. And while you may f eel anxious t o get t here, and maybe even t ire of t he j ourney, you do not get so discouraged at t he midway mark t hat you j ust t urn around and go back t o your st art ing place.

You do not drive back and f ort h and back and f ort h f rom your st art ing point t o t he midway point and t hen f inally collapse f rom t he never- ending j ourney.

You do not announce your inabilit y t o accomplish your j ourney. You accept t he dist ance bet ween your st art ing place and where you desire t o be—and you cont inue t o move in t he direct ion of your dest inat ion. You underst and what is required—and you do it.

And we want you t o come t o know t hat t he j ourney bet ween where you are and where you want t o be—on all subj ect s—can be j ust as eas-llv underst ood.

Chapter 8 You Are a Vibrational Transmitter and Receiver Now you are ready t o underst and t he most essent ial part of cont rolling, creat ing, and enj oying your physical lif e experience. Even more t han t he mat erial being t hat you have come t o know as you—you are a Vibrat ional Being.

When someone looks at you, t hey see you wit h t heir eyes and hear you wit h t heir ears, but you are present ing yourself t o t hem, and t o t he Universe, in a much more emphat ic way t han can be seen or heard: You are a vibrat ional t ransmit t er, and you are broadcast ing your signal in every moment of your exist ence.

As you are f ocused in t his physical body, and while you are awake, you are const ant ly proj ect ing a very specif ic, easily ident if iable signal t hat is inst ant ly received, underst ood, and answered. Immediat ely, your present and f ut ure circumst ances begin t o change in response t o t he signal you are of f ering now. And so, t he ent ire Universe, right now, is af f ect ed by what you are of f ering.

You Are an Eternal Personality, Focusing in the Now Your world, present and f ut ure, is direct ly and specif ically af f ect ed by t he signal t hat you are now t ransmit t ing. The personalit y t hat is You is really an et ernal personalit y, but who you are right now, and what you are t hinking right now, is causing a f ocusing of Energy t hat is very powerf ul.

This Energy t hat you are f ocusing is t he same Energy t hat creat es worlds. And it is, in t his very moment , creat ing your world. You have a built -in, easy-t o-underst and guidance syst em wit hin you, wit h indicat ors t hat help you underst and t he st rengt h or power of your signal, as well as t he direct ion of your f ocus.

And, most import ant , it is t his very same guidance syst em t hat helps you underst and t he alignment of your chosen t hought wit h t he Energy St ream it self. Your f eelings are t he represent at ives of your guidance syst em. In ot her words, t he way you f eel is your t rue indicat or of your alignment wit h your Source, and of your alignment wit h your own int ent ions—bot h pre-birt h and current ly.

Your Powerful Beliefs Were Once Gentle Thoughts Every t hought t hat has ever been t hought st ill exist s, and whenever you f ocus upon a t hought , you act ivat e t he vibrat ion of t hat t hought wit hin you. So, what ever you are current ly giving your at t ent ion t o is an act ivat ed t hought.

But when you t urn your at t ent ion away f rom a t hought , it becomes dormant , or no longer act ive. The only way t o consciously deact ivat e a t hought is t o act ivat e anot her. In ot her words, t he only way t o deliberat ely wit hdraw your at t ent ion f rom one t hought is t o give your at t ent ion t o anot her. When you give your at t ent ion t o anyt hing, t he vibrat ion, at f irst , is not very st rong, but if you cont inue t o t hink about it or speak about it , t he vibrat ion get s st ronger.

So, wit h enough at t ent ion t o any subj ect , it can become a dominant t hought. As you give more and more at t ent ion t o any t hought , and as you f ocus upon it and t heref ore pract ice t he vibrat ion of it —t he t hought becomes an even bigger part of your vibrat ion—and you could now call t his pract iced t hought a belief.

The Longer You Think Thoughts, the Stronger They Become Because t he Law of At t ract ion is behind t he expansion of your t hought s, it is not possible t o give your at t ent ion t o somet hing wit hout achieving an alignment wit h it t o some degree. And so, t he longer you ponder t he t hought , and t he more f requent ly you ret urn t o t he t hought , t he st ronger your vibrat ional alignment becomes.

As you achieve a st ronger alignment wit h any t hought , you t hen begin t o f eel emot ions t hat indicat e your increased or decreased alignment wit h your own Source.

In ot her words, as you give more of your at t ent ion t o any subj ect , your emot ional reading of eit her harmony or disharmony wit h who you really are becomes st ronger.

If t he subj ect of your at t ent ion is in alignment wit h what t he Source of your Being knows, you would f eel t he harmony of your t hought s in t he f orm of good f eelings. Your Attention to It Invites It In Every t hought t hat you give your at t ent ion t o expands and becomes a bigger part of your vibrat ional mix.

Whet her it is a t hought of somet hing you want or a t hought of somet hing you do not want —your at t ent ion t o it invit es it int o your experience. Since t his is an at t ract ion-based Universe, t here is no such t hing as exclusion. Everyt hing is about inclusion. So, when you see somet hing t hat you would like t o experience and you f ocus upon it , shout ing yes t o it , you include it in your experience.

But when you see somet hing t hat you would not want t o experience, and you f ocus upon it , shout ing no at it , you also include t hat in your experience. You do not invit e it in wit h your yes and exclude it wit h your no, because t here is no exclusion in t his at t ract ion- based Universe.

Your f ocus is t he invit at ion. Your at t ent ion t o it is t he invit at ion. And so, t hose who are most ly observers t hrive in good t imes but suf f er in bad t imes because what t hey are observing is already vibrat ing, and as t hey observe it , t hey include it in t heir vibrat ional count enance; and as t hey include it , t he Universe accept s t hat as t heir point of at t ract ion—and gives t hem more of t he essence of it.

So, f or an observer, t he bet t er it get s, t he bet t er it get s; or t he worse it get s, t he worse it get s. However, one who is a visionary t hrives in all t imes. Wit h your pract iced at t ent ion t o any subj ect , t he Law of At t ract ion delivers circumst ances, condit ions, experiences, ot her people, and all manner of t hings t hat mat ch your habit ual dominant vibrat ion.

And as t hings begin t o manif est around you t hat mat ch t he t hought s you have been holding, you now develop st ronger and st ronger vibrat ional habit s or proclivit ies.

And so, your once small and insignif icant t hought has now evolved int o a powerf ul belief —and your powerf ul belief s will always be played out in your experience. Chapter 9 The Hidden Value Behind Your Emotional Reactions Your sense of sight is dif f erent f rom your sense of hear, and your sense of smell is dif f erent f rom your sense of t ouch, but even t hough t hey are dif f erent , t hey are all vibrat ional int erpret at ions.

In ot her words, when you approach a hot st ove, your sense of sight does not necessarily t ell you t hat t he st ove is hot ; your sense of hearing and your senses of t ast e or smell are not usually t he way you recognize a hot st ove eit her. But as you approach t he st ove wit h your body, t he sensors in your skin let you know t hat t he st ove is hot.

You were born wit h sensit ive, evolved, sophist icat ed t ranslat ors of vibrat ions t hat help you underst and and def ine your experience.

And in t he same way t hat you ut ilize your f ive physical senses t o int erpret your physical lif e experience, you were born wit h ot her sensors—your emot ions—which are f urt her vibrat ional int erpret ers t hat help you underst and, in t he moment , t he experiences t hat you are living.

Emotions Are Indicators of Your Point of Attraction Your emot ions are your indicat ors of t he vibrat ional cont ent of your Being, in every moment. And so, when you become aware of t he f eeling of your emot ions, you can also be aware of your vibrat ional of f ering. And once you combine your knowledge of t he Law of At t ract ion wit h your in-t his-moment awareness of what your vibrat ional of f ering is, t hen you will have f ull cont rol of your own powerf ul point of at t ract ion.

Wit h t his knowledge, you can now guide your lif e experience in any way you choose. Your emot ions—simply, purely, and only—are about your relat ionship wit h your Source. And since your emot ions t ell you everyt hing t hat you would ever want or need t o know about your relat ionship wit h your Source, we of t en ref er t o your emot ions as your Emot ional Guidance Syst em.

When you made t he decision t o come f ort h int o t his physical body, you f ully underst ood your et ernal connect ion t o Source Energy, and you knew t hat your emot ions would be const ant indicat ors t hat would let you know, in every moment , your current relat ionship wit h Source Energy.

And so, underst anding t he powerf ul guidance t hat you have et ernal access t o, you f elt no sense of risk, no sense of conf usion—only a sense of advent ure and t rue exhilarat ion. Alt hough you can never achieve such a complet e misalignment wit h Source t hat you disconnect f rom it alt oget her, t he t hought s t hat you choose t o give your at t ent ion t o do give you a subst ant ial range in alignment or misalignment wit h t he Non- Physical Energy t hat is t ruly who you are.

And so, wit h t ime and pract ice, you will come t o know, in every moment , your degree of alignment wit h who you really are, f or when you are in f ull allowance of t he Energy of your Source, you t hrive, and t o t he degree t hat you do not allow t his alignment , you do not t hrive. You are empowered Beings; you are ut t erly f ree t o creat e, and when you know t hat , and are f ocused upon t hings t hat are in vibrat ional harmony wit h t hat , you f eel absolut e j oy.

But when you t hink t hought s t hat are cont rary t o t hat t rut h, you f eel t he opposit e emot ions of disempowerment and bondage. And all emot ions f all somewhere wit hin t hat range, f rom j oy t o disempowerment.

Use Your Emotions to Feel Your Way Back to Well-Being When you t hink a t hought t hat rings t rue wit h who you really are, you f eel harmony coursing t hrough your physical body: Joy, love, and a sense of f reedom are examples of t hat alignment. And when you t hink t hought s t hat do not ring t rue wit h who you really are, you f eel t he disharmony in your physical body.

Depression, f ear, and f eelings of bondage are examples of t hat misalignment. In t he same way t hat sculpt ors mold clay int o t he creat ion t hat pleases t hem, you creat e by molding Energy. You mold it t hrough your power of f ocus—by t hinking about t hings, remembering t hings, and imagining t hings. You f ocus t he Energy when you speak, when you writ e, when you list en, when you are silent , when you remember, and when you imagine—you f ocus it t hrough t he proj ect ion of t hought.

Like t he sculpt ors who, wit h t ime and pract ice, learn t o mold t he clay int o t he precise desired creat ion, you can learn t o mold t he Energy t hat creat es worlds t hrough t he f ocus of your own mind.

And, like t he sculpt ors who, wit h t heir hands, f eel t heir way as t hey recreat e t heir vision—you will use your emot ions t o f eel your way t o Well-Being. It consist s of j ust t hree st eps: You ask. The answer is given. The answer, which has been given, must be received or allowed you have t o let it in. Step 1: You Ask: Because of t he wonderf ul and diverse environment in which you are f ocused, St ep 1 comes easily and aut omat ically, f or t his is how your nat ural pref erences are born.

Everyt hing—f rom your subt le or even unconscious desires t o clear, precise, vivid ones— result s f rom t he cont rast ing experiences of your day-t o- day lif e. Desires or asking are t he nat ural by-product of your exposure t o t his environment of f ant ast ic variet y and cont rast.

And so, St ep 1 comes nat urally. Step 2: The Universe Answers: St ep 2 is a simple st ep f or you, f or it is not your work at all. All t hings t hat you ask f or, large and small, are immediat ely underst ood and f ully of f ered, wit hout except ion. Every point of Consciousness has t he right and t he abilit y t o ask, and all point s of Consciousness are honored and responded t o immediat ely.

When you ask, it is given. Every t ime. Every quest ion is answered. Every desire is given. Every prayer is answered. Every wish is grant ed. But t he reason t hat many would argue wit h t hat t rut h, holding up examples of unf ulf illed desires f rom t heir own lif e experiences, is because t hey have not yet underst ood and complet ed t he very import ant St ep 3—f or wit hout t he complet ion of t his st ep, t he exist ence of St eps 1 and 2 could go unnot iced. Step 3: You Allow It In: St ep 3 is t he applicat ion of t he Art of Allowing.

It is really t he reason your guidance syst em exist s. It is t he st ep whereby you t une t he vibrat ional f requency of your Being t o mat ch t he vibrat ional f requency of your desire.

In t he same way t hat your radio t uner must be set t o mat ch t he f requency of t he broadcast ing st at ion you desire t o hear, t he vibrat ional f requency of your Being must mat ch t he f requency of your desire.

And we call t hat t he Art of Allowing—t hat is, allowing what you are asking f or. Unless you are in t he receiving mode, your quest ions, even t hough t hey have been answered, will seem unanswered t o you; your prayers will not seem t o be answered, and your desires will not be f ulf illed—not because your wishes have not been heard, but because your vibrat ions are not a mat ch, so you are not let t ing t hem in.

Every Subj ect Is Two Subj ects: Wanted and Not Wanted Every subj ect is really t wo subj ect s: There is t hat which you desire, and t he lack of it. Of t en—even when you believe you are t hinking about somet hing t hat you desire—you are act ually t hinking about t he exact opposit e of what you desire.

Once you underst and your emot ions and t he import ant messages t hey are giving you, you will not have t o wait unt il somet hing has manif est ed in your experience t o underst and what your vibrat ional of f ering has been—you can t ell, by t he way you f eel, exact ly where you are headed.

And in t he moment t hat you broadcast a pref erence, Source Energy receives your vibrat ional request and, by t he Law of At t ract ion, of f ers immediat e responses, which you must t hen align t o vibrat ionally.

The reason t hat you are not always aware t hat your desires have been answered is because t here is of t en a t ime gap bet ween your asking St ep 1 and your allowing St ep 3. Even t hough a clear desire has emanat ed f rom you as a result of t he cont rast you have considered, you of t en, rat her t han giving your at t ent ion purely t o t he desire it self , f ocus back on t he cont rast ing sit uat ion t hat gave birt h t o t he desire.

And in doing so, your vibrat ion is more about t he reason you have launched t he desire t han it is about t he desire it self.

For example, your aut omobile is get t ing older and is beginning t o require f requent repairs. And as you very much want ed t hat f eeling of conf idence t hat a dependable new car brings, a vibrat ional rocket of desire emanat ed f rom you, and Source received it f ully and responded, in kind, immediat ely.

But because you were not consciously aware of t he Laws of t he Universe and t he Three-St ep Process of Creat ion, t hat f resh, exhilarat ing f eeling was short -lived f or you.

So, inst ead of immediat ely t urning your at t ent ion t oward your f resh new desire and cont inuing t o ponder t he idea of t his delicious new vehicle t hus achieving vibrat ional harmony wit h your own new idea you look back at t he vehicle you current ly own, point ing out t he reasons t hat you desire t he new car.

Wit h each st at ement of need and j ust if icat ion f or a new car, you unwit t ingly reinf orce t he vibrat ion of your current unpleasant sit uat ion, and in doing so, you cont inue t o hold yourself out of vibrat ional alignment wit h your new desire, and out of t he receiving mode of what you are asking f or.

As long as you are more aware of what you do not want regarding t his sit uat ion, what you do want cannot come t o you. In ot her words, if you are predominant ly t hinking about your beaut if ul new car, t hen it is st eadily making it s way t o you, but if you are pr edominant ly t hinking about your undependable current car, your dependable new car cannot move t oward you.

It may seem dif f icult t o make t he dist inct ion bet ween act ually t hinking about your new car and beat ing t he drum of t he old car, but once you are aware of your Emot ional Guidance Syst em, t his dist inct ion will be very easy f or you t o make.

Now You Hold the Key to Creating Your Every Desire Once you underst and t hat your t hought s equal your point of at t ract ion and t hat t he way you f eel indicat es your level of allowing or resist ing, you now hold t he key t o creat ing anyt hing t hat you desire.

It is not possible f or you t o consist ent ly f eel posit ive emot ion about somet hing and have it t urn out badly, j ust as it is not possible f or you t o consist ent ly f eel bad about somet hing and have it t urn out well—f or t he way you f eel will t ell you if you are allowing your nat ural Well-Being or not. Alt hough t here is no source of sickness, you may of f er t hought s t hat disallow t he nat ural f low of your wellness j ust as you may of f er t hought s t hat disallow t he nat ural f low of your abundance, alt hough t here is no source of povert y.

Well-Being is const ant ly making it s way t o you, and if you have not learned t hought s t hat slow it or rest rict it , you are experiencing it in all areas of your lif e. It does not mat t er where you current ly st and in relat ionship t o anyt hing you desire. By paying at t ent ion t o t he way you f eel, and by direct ing your t hought s t o bet t er-f eeling t hought s, you can again achieve vibrat ional harmony wit h t he Well-Being t hat is nat ural t o you.

Remember, as ext ensions of pure, posit ive Non-Physical Energy, t he more in vibrat ional harmony you are wit h You, t he bet t er you f eel. For example, when you are appreciat ing somet hing, you are a vibrat ional mat ch t o who you really are.

When you love someone, or yourself , you are a vibrat ional mat ch t o who you really are. But if you are f inding f ault wit h yourself or anot her, you are, in t hat moment , of f ering a vibrat ion t hat does not mat ch who you really are, and t he negat ive emot ion you f eel is your indicat or t hat you have int roduced a vibrat ion of resist ance and t hat you are no longer in t he st at e of allowing your pure Connect ion bet ween t he physical you and t he Non-Physical part of You.

It is not import ant what you call t hat Source of Energy, or Lif e Force, but it is import ant t hat you are consciously aware of when you are allowing a f ull connect ion t o it and when you are rest rict ing it in some way—and your emot ions are your const ant indicat ors of your degree of allowing or resist ing t hat connect ion.

Chapter 11 With Practice, You Will Become a Joyous, Deliberate Creator As you consciously consider t he way you f eel, you will get bet t er and bet t er at direct ing t he Source Energy, and you become a disciplined and j oyous deliberat e creat or, wit h pract ice you will be able t o achieve a f ocused cont rol of t his Creat ive Energy, and, like t he skilled sculpt or, you will t ake delight in t he molding of t his Energy, which creat es worlds, and direct it t oward your individual creat ive endeavors.

As you f ocus Creat ive Energy, t here are t wo f act ors t o consider: The f irst f act or has t o do wit h t he amount of t ime you have spent considering your desire, and t o what degree you have become specif ic. In ot her words, when you have been want ing somet hing f or a long t ime, your summoning power is much great er t han if you are t hinking about it f or t he f irst t ime t oday.

Also, whenever you have considered it f or some t ime, having experienced cont rast t hat helped you t o become even more specif ic about it , your desire summons it in an even more powerf ul way. Once a desire has achieved t hat sort of power or speed, it is quit e easy f or you t o f eel how you are doing wit h t he second f act or: When you are t hinking about somet hing t hat you have been want ing f or a very long t ime, and, in t his moment , you are not icing t hat it has not yet happened, a st rong negat ive emot ion would be present wit hin you, f or you are t hinking about somet hing t hat has very st rong energy t hat you are not in vibrat ional alignment wit h.

However, if you are t hinking about somet hing t hat you have been want ing f or a long t ime and you are imagining t hat it is happening, t hen your emot ion would be one of ant icipat ion or eagerness. And so, you can t ell by t he way you f eel whet her, in t his moment , you are a mat ch t o your desire or a mat ch t o it s absence; whet her you are allowing or resist ing your desire, or whet her you are, in t his moment , helping or hindering.

It Is Not about Controlling Thoughts, It Is about Guiding Thoughts In your highly t echnologically evolved societ y where you have immediat e access t o almost everyt hing t hat is happening around your planet , you are bombarded wit h t hought s and ideas t hat , at t imes, f eel invasive t o your personal experience. And so, t he idea of cont rolling your t hought s when t here are so many ot her t hought s coming f ort h seems impossible.

It seems, inst ead, rat her normal t o j ust give your at t ent ion t o what ever is in f ront of you. We are not encouraging you t o make an ef f ort t o cont rol your t hought s, but inst ead, t o make an ef f ort t o, more or less, guide your t hought s. And it is not even so much about guiding your t hought s as it is about reaching f or a f eeling, because reaching f or t he way you would like t o f eel is an easier way t o hold your t hought s in vibrat ional alignment wit h t hat which you believe is good.

The Law of At t ract ion is already magnet ically at t ract ing and organizing your t hought s, so having an underst anding of , and deliberat ely working wit h t he Law of At t ract ion is ext remely helpf ul in an ef f ort at guiding your own t hought s.

Remember, whenever you give your at t ent ion t o a t hought , t hat t hought immediat ely becomes act ivat ed wit hin you, so t he Law of At t ract ion immediat ely responds, which means t hat ot her t hought s, in vibrat ional harmony wit h t he t hought t hat you have j ust act ivat ed, now j oin your act ivat ed t hought , making it a more pronounced, more powerf ul, and more at t ract ive t hought.

And as you cont inue your f ocus, and as your t hought expands, t hat more powerf ul t hought t hat you have j ust act ivat ed is j oined by ot hers like it. When Your Practiced Thought Becomes a Dominant Thought Whenever you have consist ent ly f ocused upon a subj ect , causing a consist ent vibrat ional act ivat ion of it wit hin you, it becomes a pract iced or dominant t hought. And once t hat happens, t hings t hat mat ch it will begin t o manif est around your dominant t hought.

And, in like manner, you will not need to practice in order to cause the powerful Law of Attraction to respond to you in a consistent way. By deliberately directing your attention and thoughts toward the outcome that you desire, you can be or do or have anything that you choose.

The application of this powerful Law has resulted in the manifestation of this magnificent planet upon which you live, and in everything that you are able to see. And in the same way that the Non-PhysicalSource Energy applied this Law—and through powerful focus, created this environment that you call life on planet Earth—you are continuing the process of creation from your physical vantage point.

That would defy the Law of Attraction. If I feel fat and unhappy about the way my body looks and feels, I cannot discover the process or state of mind that is necessary to achieve a good-feeling, good-looking body. If I feel discouraged about my financial situation, it cannot improve. Improvement in the face of discouragement would defy the Law of Attraction. If I am angry because people have been taking advantage of me, lying to me, dishonoring me, and even defacing my property, no action that I can take can stop those unpleasant things from happening, for that would defy the Law of Attraction.

The Law of Attraction simply and accurately reflects back to you in a myriad of ways an accurate response to your vibrational output.
