The seven Chronicles of Narnia are brought together in this beautifully presented slipcase. The books and the slipcase feature the original artwork by Pauline. This paperback box set of C. S. Lewis's classic fantasy series The Chronicles of of Narnia--The Magician's Nephew; The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe; The Chronicles of Narnia Movie Tie-in Box Set The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. The Chronicles of Narnia is a series of seven fantasy novels by C. S. Lewis. Written by Lewis The series is set in the fictional realm of Narnia, a fantasy world of magic, . The last two books (The Magician's Nephew and The Last Battle) were The Silver Chair is the first Narnia book not involving the Pevensie children.

Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Pauline Baynes illustrator. The Chronicles of Narnia: First Editions. All seven illustrated novels in this complete first edition collection have unclipped dust jackets, except for 'Lion'. All complete and mostly in very good condition and protected by a clear film. Green cloth board faded to yellow on the spine with a tiny mark on the front cover. Illustrated plate facing title is a little loose on lower binding of the page. Binding slightly frail on rear end page. Otherwise tidy internally. The first impression dust jacket is in frail condition with sections missing see image. We have included a tenth impression cover to act as protection and add to the aesthetic appearance.

Bright and complete dust jacket, clean with a couple of minor marks, small chips to spine ends and overall in very good condition. Pale blue cloth boards a little faded and marked on the spine. Map illustration on end pages. Dust jacket chipped slightly, a couple of closed tears and in good condition.

First edition, dark blue cloth boards in very good condition. Dust jacket is a second impression with bright colours with chips and tiny missing pieces of the ends of the spine, and top edge of the cover. Internally in good condition with slight browning of map illustrated end pages, otherwise clean and tidy. Grey cloth boards with faded spine and in good condition.

Brown panel on map illustrated end page. Otherwise clean and tidy. Dust jacket faded on spine with bright red colours on cover. Lewis has created a masterpiece of a series! We were very happy to have this classic series around to read again and again. Our only annoyance was the fact that in the newer versions The Magician's Nephew is listed first whereas reading The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe is a much better introduction to the world of Narnia. Lewis Have re-read all these books many times over the years. Lewis does a great job with the characters and the story line is great to follow.
